Contract Vehicles

JTA understands the importance of offering a range of contract vehicle options for our customers. We hold a variety of prime and sub contracts in the transportation market space. These vehicles cover a variety of services that include financial support, program management support, engineering and system design support, and policy development and implementation.


Financial Analysis and Support Services II (FASS II)

FASS II is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) single-award contract issued and awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Research and Innovative Technology Administration, John A. Volpe National Transportation Center (Volpe Center) in support of the FAA. It is a 100% small business set-aside contract. Services performed include information technology for financial systems; cost accounting and financial systems reporting support; budget planning; financial capitalization support; Delphi financial management system support; reimbursable agreements support; systems engineering support; financial analysis support; program and technical management support; acquisition support; administrative support; and business process re-engineering support.

JTA is the prime contractor for the FASS II.


Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST)

eFAST is a multi-year FAA Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) program offering a broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.

Systems Engineering 2020 (SE2020)

SE2020 is a FAA portfolio of contracts with an estimated contract value of approximately $7.3 billion. SE2020 is designed to be the primary vehicle to help meet the business needs of NextGen and other key initiatives, providing access to professional and technical support services in the areas of Research and Mission Analysis, Systems Engineering, Investment and Business Case Analysis, Planning, Forecasting, and Business/Financial/Information Management. The vehicle has divided the work across the acquisition lifecycle into systems engineering, research, and pre-implementation into SIR 1 - Research and SIR 2 - Systems Engineering.

JTA is a sub on SE2020 SIR 1 to Boeing.

JTA is a sub on SE2020 SIR 2 to Booz Allen Hamilton.


Traffic Management Infrastructure Systems (TMIS)

TMIS is five year Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) multiple-award contract issued and awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Center (Volpe Center) for services related to Traffic.

Management Infrastructure Systems. Services are provided in the following task areas:

  • Strategic Planning, Architecture Analysis and System Engineering
  • Air Traffic Management (ATM) Systems
  • Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) Systems
  • Surveillance Systems / Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B)
  • Communication Systems
  • Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) System Engineering
  • Innovative Technologies

JTA is a sub on TMIS to Boeing.

SE2025, SIR 2

Systems Engineering 2025 (SE2025)

JTA is one of the carefully selected teaming partners of LS Technologies, which will provide the FAA with access to experienced personnel with FAA and National Airspace System (NAS) knowledge.

This is a 10 year contract with a maximum cumulative ceiling value of $767,600,000.

The general areas of work include Systems Engineering Acquisition, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Financial Analysis, Operations Research Analysis and Software Engineering.
